I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at
Watoto Pre-School for all the support they have given me and my boys over the years, especially since last year. Watoto have been with me every step of the way, whether it's picking fights with professionals to get my Zayan-Mustafa looked at, or even a little chat to keep my mind off the stress. Dont know what I would do without them, especially Lisa and Safeena. My family absolutely adore those ladies because they've been our biggest cheerleaders from the start, and nothing has ever been too much. They always greet us with a smile and my son leaves with the biggest grin at the end which shows he is well cared for and loved by all. With his additional needs and condition I have never felt worried or scared of how he would be because everyone have been brilliant with him.
So thank you so much Lisa, Safeena and all staff at watoto you are appreciated mote than you know

Just wanted to drop you a line to say how lovely it was spending the day at Watoto last Thursday.
It was a real pleasure to spend the day in a Nursery that so clearly has the children at the centre of everything they do!
All of the staff, including the young man that was on placement with you, were so invested in the children and from talking to key workers, they knew their children inside out! The genuine care every single staff member had for each of those children was evident through the interactions seen from Sharon, at the top, right through all the staff and even to Ola who perhaps knows the children the least but demonstrated so much time and patience and care with the children.

Parent/Carer Survey
Each year we run an anonymous survey of our parent / carers to understand how our preschool is performing in meeting the needs of their children, as well as looking at areas we could improve in the future.
