Childcare Solutions
At Watoto Pre-School, we provide quality childcare and early education for children aged from 6 months to 5 years old. Our dedicated facilities include a baby room, toddler room, and pre-school room, each with direct access to our wonderful outdoor spaces.
We also cater to older children, offering care for those up to 8 years old through our breakfast, tea-time, and holiday play care service.
To support parents and carers effectively, we only charge for the hours your child is booked into preschool. There are no fixed sessions – we offer the flexibility of bespoke hours were we can. Simply let us know the days and times you need, and we will work to accommodate your requirements, including changes when needed, subject to availability of space.
Day Care
For children aged 6 months to 5 years, term time and all year round places available. Flexible childcare solutions at hourly rate to suits your family’s needs.
With sufficient notice we can book your childcare according to your working pattern.
Flexi days can also fit into the term time only pattern if needed. Hours to suit from half days, short days and full days.

Holiday Play Care
Need childcare during the school holidays? We operate this service during the school holidays except for the Christmas break.
We open this service up to children who may not attend preschool in term time. Children up to the age of 8 years old are welcome..

Lunch Club
12pm-1pm
Hot lunches available at a cost or your child may prefer to bring a packed lunch.
Children join their friends in this social activity and also have an opportunity to access the outdoor area.
Priority will be given to children who are attending all day or attending wrap around sessions.

Tea Time Club
4pm-6pm
A drink and snack are provided, and children have the opportunity to engage in further play-based activities and chill out for the rest of day.
We pick children up from ……Byron Wood Academy and escort them back to the Pre-School.

Wraparound Care
Create a package of early learning and childcare that suits your family’s needs by wrapping childcare around the free early learning entitlement by adding one or more of our childcare services – breakfast club, lunch club and teatime clubs. Link this with our Holiday Playcare service to create an all-year round package.
